(cat) L’objectiu principal de la realització de l’anàlisi que es planteja a continuació, és observar
l’evolució dels impostos municipals al llarg dels anys 2004-2016 de quatre ens locals de les
Illes Balears. Aquests són els següents municipis: Formentera, Palma de Mallorca, Ciutadella
de Menorca i Sant Antoni de Portmany, en el cas d’Eivissa.
Això permetrà veure les conseqüències que provoca la crisis patida a Espanya a inicis del
2008 per l’esclat de la bombolla immobiliària sobre els impostos municipals (I.B.I., I.A.E.,
I.C.I.O., I.V.T.M., Impost sobre l’increment del valor dels béns urbans).
Així com, es realitzarà un anàlisi de l’endeutament als ajuntaments triats, segons la
normativa corresponent i els indicadors de solvència i sostenibilitat adients.
(eng) The main objective of the following analysis is to observe the evolution of the local tax between 2004 and 2016 in four local council. These are the following towns: Formentera, palma, ciudadella and sant Antoni in Ibiza’s island. This study will allow us to analyze the consequences that the fall into financial/economic crisis during the beginning of 2008 due to the pop of the real estate bubble over the local tax (land value tax, I.A.E, I.C.I.O.,I.V.T.M., Tax on the increase in value of urban land). In addition it will be carried out by the corresponding solvency indicators and sustainability, an analysis of the debt to the chosen local councils
