El Green Deal Europeu; un camí de transició cap a una economia verda?

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball d’investigació pretén analitzar i sintetitzar el concepte d’economia verda i entendre quines són les diferents posicions de les escoles econòmiques sobre els aspectes que la composen. S’establiran, doncs, uns àmbits d’aplicació de l’economia verda que seran analitzats breument des de la perspectiva de cascuna de les teories econòmiques. Seguidament, s’estudia i s’explica el nou Pacte Verd Europeu que ha sorgit del nou projecte de la Comissió Europea actual. Finalment, es realitza un anàlisi comparatiu de cadascun dels punts del Green deal amb el marc teòric establert anteriorment per tal de veure si el pacte és una transició a una economia verda i analitzar quina és la base teòrica que el fonamenta.

[eng] The purpose of this research work is to analyze and synthesize the concept of green economy and to understand the different positions of the economic schools on the aspects that make it up. Therefore, areas of application of the green economy will be established and will be briefly analyzed from the perspective of each one of the economic theories. The new European Green Deal, which has emerged from the new project of the current European Commission, is then studied and explained. Finally, a comparative analysis between each one of the points of the Green Deal and the theoretical framework established above is carried out to observe whether or not the pact is a transition to a green economy and to analyze what is the theoretical basis on which it is based.
