"Condicionantes sociales en salud bucodental": Estudio cuantitativo de los condicionantes sociales y la desigualdad en la salud bucodental en España en 2017

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es estudiar los condicionantes sociales en salud bucodental y ver de qué forma estos acaban generando, y reproduciendo, las desigualdades en el estado español. Para realizarlo se lleva a acabo un estudio cuantitativo utilizando los datos de la última Encuesta Nacional de Salud en España, realizada en el año 2017 por el INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística). Se puede observar, a través de una aproximación bibliográfica y distintas regresiones logísticas, cómo la estructura socioeconómica, los estilos de vida y las redes sociales de apoyo son factores que cabe tener en cuenta cuando se estudian las causas de las enfermedades en salud bucodental, así como la perdida de los dientes naturales. También se analizan las relaciones entre diferentes variables del modelo con la estructura sociolaboral, viendo cómo es a partir de estas relaciones que se acaban reproduciendo las desigualdades sociales en términos de salud bucodental.
The main objective of this research isto study the social determinants in oral health and show how they produce, and reproduce, social inequalities inthe Spanish state. The results have been found from a quantitative research using the data of the last Nacional Health Survey in Spain, maked in 2017, produced by the INE (Instituo Nacional de Estadística). We can see, through a bibliographic research and different logistics regressions, how the socioeconomic structure, the life choices and chances, and the supporting social networks are factorswich are determinant to study the oral health diseases, and the loss of natural tooth. Also,the relationship betweenthe socio-professional structure anddifferent variables of the modelis analysed, seeing how these relationships reproduce social inequalities in terms of oral health.
