[spa] La mayoría de los estudios que asocian alguna condición de salud con la estigmatización, se enmarcan en el ámbito de la salud mental. Sin embargo, cada vez son más los estudios que reportan la necesidad de visibilizar la estigmatización en la demencia. Por consiguiente, se presenta una propuesta de intervención en personas cuidadoras de personas con Enfermedad de Alzheimer. Concretamente se propone un programa de intervención basado en la psicoeducación, en el contacto con grupos estigmatizados y el apoyo social. Con el objetivo principal de reducir el estigma familiar en cuidadores de personas con Enfermedad de Alzheimer. Asociando a este objetivo, se plantean un conjunto de objetivos específicos como la reducción de la sobrecarga, el aumento de los conocimientos sobre la Enfermedad de Alzheimer, así como la mejora del autoconcepto. Para poder llevar a cabo los diferentes objetivos específicos, se va a hacer uso de técnicas como la relajación muscular progresiva y trabajar aspectos como el empoderamiento y la autoeficacia.
[eng] Most studies that associate a health condition with stigmatization are framed in the field of mental health. However, more and more studies report the need to make stigmatization in dementia visible. Therefore, this paper presents a proposal for intervention in caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. Specifically, the proposal consists of an intervention program based on psychoeducation, contact with stigmatized groups and social support. The main objective is to reduce family stigma in caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. Associated with this objective, a set of specific objectives include reducing overload, increasing knowledge about Alzheimer's disease, and improving self-concept. In order to carry out the different specific objectives, the main techniques employed will be progressive muscle relaxation and working on aspects such as empowerment and self-efficacy.
