Desenvolupament d’eines de reporting eficients en KPIs (Key Performace Indicators) per al sector bancari

Abstract

[en] KPIs, also known as Key Performance Indicators, are a series of metrics used in order to synthesize the information related to the efficiency and productivity of the actions performed by a business so it can make decisions, as well as determine which where the most effective when it comes to accomplish the goals set in a concrete process or project. In practice, it results to be very handy working with huge volume of data that needs to be gathered, analysed and interpreted. This way, besides helping to determine the results for a concrete action or strategy, it also offers a global vision of the situation, helping to find strengths and weaknesses of the projects of a company. The following pages present the process followed in the making of the KPIs for a company working in the financial business; from the conception and requirements with client, the implementation of the metrics by means of an evaluation methodology and, finally, to the final presentation to the users and the consequent improvement proposals.
