Anàlisi dels accidents de trànsit a la ciutat de Barcelona. 2010-2017

Abstract

(cat) Els accidents de trànsit són un greu problema de salut pública, suposen pèrdues de vides humanes i morbiditat a la població, a més a més dels costos socials i econòmics que repercuteixen. Aquest estudi analitza els accidents de trànsit amb víctimes a la ciutat de Barcelona des del 2010 fins el 2017 amb l’objectiu d’aportar llum sobre les possibles causes i patrons dels accidents, conèixer les característiques que defineixen els usuaris de risc i analitzar el comportament de l’accidentalitat geogràficament. Addicionalment, es realitzarà una anàlisis de les polítiques públiques realitzades per l’Ajuntament de Barcelona per determinar l’eficiència i l’efectivitat.

(eng) Traffic accidents are a serious public health problem. They represent not only the loss of human lives and a significant increase in the death rate of the population, but also important social and economic costs. This study analyses traffic accidents and their resulting victims in the city of Barcelona from 2010 until 2017 with the aim of clarifying the possible causes and patterns of the accidents, determine the distinct features which define the users subject to risc and analyse the behaviour of the accidents from a geographical point of view. Moreover, the public policies established by the local government of Barcelona will be thoroughly analysed in order to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
