Abstract
[spa] Las Empresas de Trabajo Temporal han formado parte de un proceso de precarización del trabajo y devaluación de los derechos laborales, en el tránsito del modelo fordista al posfordista. Usando la perspectiva teórica de la Criminología Crítica Global, se analizan estas empresas en el Estado Español desde 1994 a través de una metodología genealógica para escribir una “historia del presente”. Finalmente, conociendo el punto de vista de los afectados por las ETT y la oposición generada por diferentes movimientos sociales a lo largo de tres décadas, se concluye que las ETT producen daño social, vulneran Derechos Humanos y se recomienda su definitiva abolición a través de una reforma laboral.
[eng] Temporary Work Agencies have been part of a process of labour casualization and labour rights devaluation, in transit from fordist to posfordist model. Using Global Critical Criminology theoretical approach, these companies are analysed since 1994 in the Spanish State through genealogical methodology to write a “history of the present”. Finally, knowing the point of view of the affected by these agencies and the opposition generated by different social movements over three decades, it is concluded that these agencies cause social harm, violate Human Rights and it is recommended its definitive abolition through a Labour Reform.
