In this work we look for an analytical result for electrophoresis mobilities for a single rod under an applied constant electric eld. We obtained that µ = µ (κa, κL, a/L) and consequently, we study asymptotic regimes. Finally, we tried to study a similar problem with computer simulations using Verlet algorithm but it was impossible to achieve a correct solution.ca
