Abstract

Many of the superparamagnetic classical and quantum phenomena can be observed with a Stern- Gerlach device, so the purpose of this TFG is to explore the behaviour of single domain particles in that device under certain conditions of temperature and magnetic field. A simulation is been performed in order to reproduce non analytical results. Some applications of the so mentioned experiment are also discussed
