dc.description.abstractThe current understanding of particle physics is closely related to our predictions and measurements of particle resonances, even though we are not able to directly access the underlying physics. Acknowledging the relevance of a proper, rigorous visualization of the generation and decay of resonances for scientists working in this area, we simulate the production of charmonium states through electron-positron annihilation, based on the theoretical predictions for their cross sections.ca
