[cat] L’educació i la societat són conceptes que, actualment, es troben lligats; l’un no pot separar-se de l’altre. Per tant, aquests han d’adequar-se i complementar-se. L’ensenyament, avui dia, ha de prometre un aprenentatge continu, per al llarg de la vida, on consten les competències bàsiques dels estudiants. Així doncs, sorgeix la innovació educativa, la qual pretén un canvi en el marc educatiu actual. Aquesta, es pot dur a terme de diverses formes, no només de forma tecnològica. Així doncs, la finalitat del present treball és el disseny d’un programa culinari per a treballar les competències a sisè de primària, basat en les necessitats d’un centre escolar concret. Primerament, es fa una aproximació teòrica sobre el marc normatiu actual, la innovació educativa, i el treball per programes. A continuació, i sabent les necessitats que presenta l’escola a investigar, és duu a terme el disseny del programa, el qual consta de nou activitats per a treballar aquest recurs culinari. [eng] Education and society are concepts which are currently linked, they cannot be separated. Therefore, they need to be adequate and complement each other. Nowadays, teaching has to guarantee continuous learning, useful for life, of which student’s basic competences are a part. That is hoe educative innovation appears, which aims for a change in the current educational context. This can be achieved in different ways, not only technologically. The aim of this project is the design of a culinary program in order to work competence for the sixth grade, based on the necessities of a specific school. Firstly, there is an overview of the current educational framework, educational innovation and work by programs. After that, taking into account the investigated school necessities, the design of the program is made, which includes nine activities to practise this culinary resort. Finally, there is a compilation of conclusions made through the analysis of necessities and the design of the program.
