[cat] El present treball de final de grau tracta d’explicar la rellevància que té la felicitat en els
països i analitzar quines variables són més influents per explicar aquesta felicitat a partir
d’estudiar l’informe anual que elabora les Nacions Unides amb el World Happiness
Report. Per portar a terme l’estudi empíric s’ha utilitzat la base de dades d’aquest informe
amb l’objectiu d’analitzar i contrastar les variables que millor expliquen la felicitat per la
mostra de 150 països pels quals tenim dades. Al mateix temps, hem tractat de veure quina
distribució presenta la variable índex de felicitat i, si aquesta està correlacionada
directament amb la riquesa dels països. L’anàlisi ha sigut per dos anys (2008 i 2018) per
estudiar-ne l’evolució. Finalment, hem exposat les conclusions obtingudes al llarg del
treball.
[eng] The present paper tries to explain the relevance of happiness in countries and analyse which variables are the most influential in explaining this happiness based on studying the annual report prepared by the United Nations with the World Happiness Report. In order to carry out the empirical study, it has used the data base of the report on the objective of analysing and contrasting the variables that explain the happiness of the sample of 150 countries with qualifications. At the same time, we have tried to see the distribution presented by the index variable of happiness and if it is correlated with the wealth of the countries per two years (2008 and 2018) to study the evolution. Finally, we will expose the conclusions obtained.
