Abstract
[spa] Los discos basales de Cystoseira mediterranea, desprovistos del eje y de toda ramificación pueden llegar a regenerar la planta completa. El crecimiento de los rebrotes y su velocidad de regeneración dependen de la estación del año en que se eliminen los ejes erectos de la planta, teniendo su máximo desarrollo en los meses centrales del verano.
[eng] The basal disk of Cystoseira mediterranea can regenerate the whole plant when the main axis and all the ramification are deprived. The growth of shoots and their regeneration speed depend on the season when deprivation is performed. The greatest development occurs along middle summer.
