[en] In recent years the new technologies have had a great evolution and impact on society. Specifically, the growth of the Internet has led to an increase in information, which means that it is increasingly difficult for users to find the information they are interested in. The tool that simplifies this problem is the recommender systems that provide the user with a service to find what they are looking for. These systems deal with managing large volumes of data and information. There are many types of recommender systems and they are classified into two categories, those based on content and collaborative filtering, each system is used for a different purpose. This project focuses on the category of content-based, specifically conversational recommenders in a collaborative way that allows the user to obtain a recommendation through critiques. The project is focused on the creation of a 2D interface for a conversational recommender that works collaboratively. The 3D interface of a collaborative conversational recommender will be used to implement features and functionalities in the 2D interface but within the limitations of a 2D environment with respect to 3D. It proposes the implementation of a 2D conversational recommender for the disadvantages of 3D and the lack of collaborative recommenders in two dimensions. After performing the evaluation of the 2D environment, from some tests with real users, very positive conclusions are drawn that improves some aspects of the 3D environment.
