[cat] De la mateixa manera que la vida urbana, social i econòmica pot estudiar-se a partir de les
relacions entre centre i perifèria, també pot fer-ho la dimensió educativa. La funció no
només educativa sinó social d’aquestes perifèries representa un element indispensable a
l’hora d’entendre l’efecte sobre les dinàmiques de reproducció i resistència socials del
conjunt del sistema educatiu, el centre del qual ve representat per les institucions que
pertanyen al circuit convencional de l’educació primària, secundària i port-obligatòria.
L’objectiu d’aquest treball és el d’estudiar l’efecte sobre la mobilitat social de les perifèries
educatives, centrant-se en l’estudi de la Fundació El Llindar, del seu efecte sobre les
aspiracions i expectatives dels seus alumnes i els canvis en la percepció de la institució
escolar per part d'aquests.

The purpose not just educative but social of these peripheries represents an essential element in understanding the effect upon the dynamics of reproduction and social resistance of the educative system, the center of which is represented by the institutions that belong to the conventional system of the primary, secondary and post-compulsory education. This work aims to study the impact on social mobility in educative peripheries, focusing on the study of Fundació El Llindar, of its effect on the aspirations and expectations of its students, and the changes in their perception of the school institution.
