Abstract
Societies over time have established dynamic relationships between them and their natural resources that surround them, an example of this relationship is that of the Pjiekakjoo established in Lomas de Teocalzingo, Ocuilan, State of Mexico. Semistructured interviews were applied to members of small and extended family units to systematize traditional knowledge. Six different forms of use and management have been registered, as well as the perception related to Amphibolips hidalgoensis.
