Resum
[en] This project consists of a user test with the objective of evaluating whether the chosen word processors help the user make accessible documents.
Accessibility is the design and creation with the objective of making content that can be accessed by everybody, even users with disabilities should be able to access the same content as everybody else.
The user test consists of creating a document in two of the three chosen word processors, which are Microsoft Word 365 online, Google Docs and Dropbox Paper.
The user sample consists of 24 institute professors. They must create the aforementioned documents with the context of creating a document for their students, among whom there is a student with vision problems and a blind student. Following the given instructions, the users use various functionalities of the word processors. The objective is evaluating if each of the functionalities is accessible.
The results of the user test conclude that the word processors don’t help the users on creating accessible documents.
