Abstract
This work examines whether the speech made by the right-wing extremist party Vox during the election campaigns of the most recent general elections in November 2019 and in July 2023 are considered freedom of speech or a hate crime. Through a study of specific cases and the use of the Notice 7/2019 will verify whether or not the statement is punishable. The results point to the fact that Vox may have committed hate crimes during the aforementioned election campaigns.
