[cat] Les pràctiques i discursos polítics del liberalisme modificaren la cultura constitucional durant el Trienni Liberal i aportaren nous significats a la Constitució de 1812. Els liberals exaltats transformaren la condició de ciutadà per acostar-se al conjunt de la societat. La ciutadania depenia de la virtut i de l'exercici de la política, i deixava en un segon pla l'articulat de la Constitució. Les dones i el món popular accediren a la ciutadania.

[eng] The practices and political speeches of liberalism changed the constitutional culture through the Liberal Trienial adding new meanings to the Constitution of 1812. The hothead liberals transformed the condition of citizenship to get closer to mainstream society.
