[cat] La gran diversitat de materials que constitueixen el patrimoni bibliogràfic i documental i les problemàtiques que aquests alberguen, fan que la seva conservació preventiva dins un arxiu o biblioteca es converteixi en un gran repte. Aquest repte, es presenta aquí entorn a la col·lecció documental original de la coral l’Orfeó La Tenora de Cassà de la Selva; aquest treball pretén ser una eina guia durant el procés de classificació, des del punt de vista dels materials constitutius i documental dels documents i llibres que conformen la col·lecció, en l’estudi de les causes de degradació i la determinació de l’estat de conservació individual i global d’aquests materials per, finalment, concloure en les mesures adequades de conservació, emmagatzematge i difusió del fons dins l’entorn arxivístic.
[eng] The wide range of materials that constitute the bibliographic and documentary heritage and the problems they harbour, make that preventive conservation in an archive or library becomes a big challenge. This challenge is presented here about the original documentary collection of the choral “Orfeó La Tenora de Cassà de la Selva”; This work expects to be a tool guide for the classification process, from the point of view of the constituent materials and documentary of the documents and books that constitute the collection, the study of the causes of degradation and determining the individual and global conservation condition of these materials, to concluded in adequate measures of preservation, storage and dissemination of documentary collection within the archival environment.
