Finances ètiques: mite o realitat?. Anàlisi de l’univers de les finances ètiques en l’àmbit català

(cat) Vivim en un món dominat per una economia global, especuladora, fora de regulació, on impera la cultura del consum. En aquest context, aquesta recerca presenta el sistema de les finances ètiques com un instrument de creació de l’economia social i solidària, un model econòmic alternatiu que sorgeix arrel de la emancipació social i la necessitat social d’allunyar-se de la dinàmica capitalista i consumista. A partir de l’aplicació dels principis teòrics que conformen les finances ètiques en dos estudis de cas reals (Fiare i Coop 57), s’estableix que realment aquestes tenen un comportament distintiu respecte el sistema financer convencional. Per últim, es fa un anàlisi dels elements contextuals i estructurals que tenen un impacte en afavorir o limitar el desenvolupament d’aquestes pràctiques transformadores, com són les condicions socials de la població, la desconfiança amb els bancs convencionals i la consciència social, i el paper de l’administració pública.
(eng) We live in a world dominated by a global and speculative economy, which is out of regulation, and where prevails the consumerist culture. In this context, this research presents ethic finances as a plausible way to develop a new social economy, an alternative model which arises from social emancipation and from the social need to give up from the capitalism and consumerism dynamics. Through the practical application of defining concepts on two real initiatives of ethical finances (Fiare and Coop57) we’ve seen that such initiatives actually do show a different behaviour in comparison to the conventional financial system. Finally, an analysis of structural and contextual elements is performed in order to state their influence in encouraging or restricting such transformative practices, which are the social conditions of the population, the lack of trust to the conventional banks and social consciousness, and the role of public administration.
