Abstract

[cat] La primera campanya d"excavacions realitzada a l"interior del temple romà de Vic va aportar significatives dades estratigràfiques que complementaven els estudis estilístics realitzats fins aquell moment. Aquestes dades van permetre identificar un nivell d"ocupació de l"indret anterior a la construcció d"aquest edifici que datava del moment delvcanvi d"era. Per altra banda, aquesta intervencióvtambé va demostrar que en cap casvel pou-cisterna excavat a l"interior del podi formava part del temple original.

[eng] The first excavation campaign undertaken in the interior of the Roman temple of Vic provided important stratigraphic data that complemented the studies already completed. This data enabled the identification of a level of occupation on the spot prior to the construction of this building that dated from the time when the period changed. Additionally, this intervention also showed that in no way did the well-deposit excavated inside the podium form part of the original temple.
