[cat] Aquest Treball Final de Grau té com a objectiu respondre a la qüestió sobre la viabilitat econòmica de la Renda Bàsica Universal a Espanya. Actualment, la proposta de l’aplicació d’una Renda Bàsica Universal ha estat posada damunt la taula en molts països, però com es finançaria si s’implementés a Espanya ? El treball és un recull de propostes de reforma fiscal del IRPF per la seva implementació. En la primera part s’explicarà la Renda Bàsica Universal, en què es basa i antecedents històrics de la mateixa. En la segona part, més extensa, es mostraran diversos models, dades i estudis realitzats en els últims anys sobre el finançament de la Renda Bàsica, alhora que altres propostes viables de finançament que podrien aplicar-se a Espanya. En l’última part es reflexionarà i es donarà resposta a la pregunta del treball, és viable una renda bàsica ?
[eng] This Final Degree Project aims to answer the question of the economic viability of Universal Basic Income in Spain. Currently, the proposal for the application of a Universal Basic Income has been put on the table in many countries, but how would it be financed if it were implemented in Spain? The work is a collection of proposals for tax reform of personal income tax for its implementation. The first part I will explain the Universal Basic Income, on which it is based and his historical background. The second, more extensive part, I will show various models, data and studies carried out in recent years on the financing of Basic Income, as well as other viable financing proposals that could be applied in Spain. The last part will reflect on and answer the question of work, is a basic income viable?
