Aquest treball analitza l’estat de la comunicació digital de la Biblioteca del Campus del Baix
Llobregat (BCBL) de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya i proposa un nou pla de
comunicació per al període 2025–2027. A partir d’una diagnosi basada en l’observació directa, l’anàlisi documental i una enquesta als usuaris, s’identifiquen mancances i oportunitats per
modernitzar la comunicació externa de la biblioteca, especialment en l’àmbit de les xarxes
socials. El treball proposa accions concretes per millorar la visibilitat, actualitzar els canals i
formats utilitzats, reforçar la participació dels usuaris i adaptar el missatge als nous hàbits de
consum digital. La proposta final s’articula a través del pla [Re]Connectar, una estratègia de
comunicació pensada per acostar la biblioteca a la comunitat universitària i enfortir el seu
posicionament digital.
This project analyses the current state of digital communication at the Baix Llobregat Campus Library (BCBL) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and proposes a new communication plan for the period 2025–2027. Based on a diagnosis that combines direct observation, document analysis, and a user survey, the study identifies weaknesses and opportunities to modernise the library’s external communication, particularly on social media. The work puts forward concrete actions to improve visibility, update channels and formats, increase user engagement, and adapt messaging to new digital consumption habits. The final outcome is the [Re]Connectar Plan — a communication strategy designed to bring the library closer to the university community and strengthen its digital presence.
