dc.description.abstractIn this final degree work, a coating of DLC was synthesised and characterized. With the PECVD process, we coated of DLC a PC substrate in order to improve its mechanical properties. With a DLC coating we are improving properties like the friction and the wear. In order to quantify those improvements, we characterized the sample with the nanotribometer to know its friction coe cient, and with the calotest to know its wear rate. Furthermore we did a transmittance to study the optical absorptions of the layer of DLC.ca
