(cat) Vetllar per la igualtat de gènere és un moviment que implica que individus d’ambdós
gèneres són iguals en els seus drets, oportunitats i deures davant la societat. Aquest treball
està relacionat amb el III pla d’igualtat de gènere que forma part dels diferents projectes
en els que la UPC participa activament. Entre les activitats lligades, hi ha l’enquesta sobre
la igualtat de gènere que la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya ha realitzat. Aquest
treball s’ocupa de l’explotació estadística de l’enquesta a nivell bàsic, però també
incorpora una anàlisi multivariant, menys freqüents en aquest tipus d’anàlisis, i
implementa una millora sobre la visualització de variables ordinals, tractant de sintetitzar
la informació dels mapes factorials, i descobrir els principals perfils i característiques
existents entre els treballadors de la UPC en relació a les qüestions de gènere.
(eng) The gender equality is a movement for the equality which involves that individuals of both gender are equal in their rights, responsibilities, opportunities and duties to the society. This final paper is dedicated to III Gender Equality plan that raises from many project which Polytechnical University of Catalonia (UPC) is in. A survey to the gender equality is one of many events those projects’ looking forward to do, so UPC just carried it out. As result, during this paper the survey will be treated for the basic exploitation, furthermore for the multivariant exploitation – a less frequent treatment for this type of studies - and making a new implementation which displays the ordinal variables in an easier way to synthesise the information from the projections, treating to find out the main trends, problems and existent profiles between the workers of the UPC regarding gender.
