Abstract
[eng] This project includes the foundations for a possible future conservation and restoration work on the facades and interior vaults of Vilabella’s oldest church. This church is located in Vilabella, a small village in the Alt Camp region, in Catalonia. It has lost its historical value due to several changes in its use and interventions, after being closed to worship. The project brings the reader closer to the context of the building, and it makes a journey through the history of the village and the temple with the aim of approaching to the public the space and the surroundings of the building. In order to develop a conservation-restoration proposal, an organoleptic identification of the materials is carried out. This information is used to compile all the alterations from which a diagnosis is made. The proposal for intervention is intended to recover and preserve this part of the heritage that this village hides.
