[cat] El suport més habitual que troba la conservadora-restauradora de document gràfic és el paper. Les consolidacions dutes a terme en aquest suport tradicionalment han consistit en l’addició de materials. Gràcies a lesinvestigacions de la tesi doctoral d’Alícia de Lera Santín el 2011 es presenta un nou escenari a través de l’ús d’enzims per la re-síntesi de la cel·lulosa. Per situar el lector, el treball s’inicia amb una breu introducció històrica, segueix amb la descripció dels processos químics de formació i degradació de la cel·lulosa i, finalment, es proposa un estudi més acotat per la consolidació de la cel·lulosa mitjançant l’enzim cel·lulasa basat en els assajos de la tesi esmentada.
[eng] The most common support the graphic documents conservatorhas to deal with is paper. The consolidations carried out on paper have been traditionally executed by adding materials. Thanks to the investigations of the doctoral thesis of Alícia de Lera Santín in 2011 a new option is possible by using enzymes for the re-synthesis of cellulose. This paper begins with a brief historical introduction, followed by the description of the chemical process of formation and degradation of cellulose and, finally, it proposes a more enclosed study for the consolidation of cellulose using the cellulase enzyme based on the previous essays of the named thesis.
