Abstract
In this paper we are going to discuss the self-assembly process of superparamagnetic micro-metric particles in a deterministic kinetic domain, where the magnetic interaction exceeds the thermal effects. First of all we are going to study the self-assembly process and the behavior of the particles and chains without taking into account the hydrodynamic interactions and at the end we will discuss and compare what happens if we consider the hydrodynamic interactions.
