[Spa] Esta es una aproximación a un problema histórico en el que se entrecruzan la historia, los Derechos Humanos y los usos del pasado. En este caso, el propósito es ofrecer un análisis del contexto histórico sobre las luchas, discursos y debates en torno a la amnistía durante el proceso de transición política española, específicamente sobre la amnistía laboral. Su reivindicación representó un elemento rupturista en la conquista de la democracia, aunque sus límites y ambigüedades dieron resultados contradictorios tanto en su aplicación como en sus consecuencias, que han perdurado a lo largo de la democracia.
[eng] This article addresses a historical problem in which history, human rights and the uses of the past intersect. In this case, the purpose is to offer an analysis of the historical context of the struggles, speeches and debates surrounding the issue of amnesty during the Spanish political transition, specifically labour amnesty. Its revindication represented a major breakthrough leading to the arrival of democracy. All the same, its limits and ambiguities have yielded contradictory results due to the way it has been applied and the consequences it has generated. These have endured throughout the period of democracy.
