En este trabajo me propongo analizar las creencias de un grupo de profesores de español como lengua
extranjera acerca de la importancia de la enseñanza explícita de la pronunciación en una situación de
inmersión y en qué medida estas creencias se ven reflejadas en su actuación en el aula. Tras hacer una
revisión bibliográfica del estado de la cuestión llevaré a cabo una investigación en dos etapas: una primera
fase de grabación de clases en audio para analizar el tratamiento de la pronunciación en el aula y una
segunda fase de análisis de las creencias de los profesores que puedan fundamentar su actuación. Para mí lo
fundamental será disponer de un buen punto de partida para ser capaz de formular un plan de acción
formativa para los profesores de mi centro y para incorporar mejoras a nuestros cursos de formación de
profesores. Pero esto será objeto de una investigación posterior.
The aim of this study is to analyse the beliefs of a group of teachers of Spanish as a foreign language regards the importance of explicit teaching of pronunciation in the context of immersion and to what extent these beliefs are then reflected in their action in the classroom. Having carried out some bibliographical research on the topic, the investigation will be in two stages: firstly, a class recording will be made and used to analyse how pronunciation is dealt with in the classroom and secondly I will analyse the beliefs of the teachers which form the basis for their actions. For me, the main objective is to have a good basis which I can use to elaborate a plan of action for the training of the teachers in my centre and to incorporate improvements into our teacher training courses. This, however, will be the objective of a later study.
