[cat] Les llengües d’arreu del món han estat classificades segons la noció de ritme en llengües de ritme accentual −com l’anglès−, llengües de ritme sil·làbic −com l’espanyol− o llengües de ritme moraic −com el japonès−. Tenint en compte aquesta distribució, a més, un escàs nombre d’estudis han intentat esbrinar si hi ha transferència rítmica d’una L1 a una L2. Seguint aquesta línia de recerca, el present treball de fi de grau es proposa de comprovar si hi ha transferència rítmica del català (L1) a l’anglès parlat per catalanoparlants (L2). Hem utilitzat sis informants per a cada una de les tres varietats lingüístiques analitzades (el català central, l’anglès parlat per catalanoparlants i l’anglès americà) i els resultats obtinguts de les gravacions s’han anotat a Praat. Els paràmetres acústics (ΔC/%V, VnPVI/CrPVI, varcoΔC/%V i varcoΔV/%V) s’han calculat per mitjà de Correlatore. Els resultats obtinguts mostren que, efectivament, hi ha transferència rítmica del català a l’anglès parlat per catalanoparlants.
[eng] Languages around the world have been classified depending on their rhythm as stressed timed −like English−, syllable timed −like Spanish−, or mora timed −like Japanese−. Moreover, following this distribution, a limited number of studies have tried to find out whether there is rhythmic transfer from a L1 to a L2. In this light, the aim of this study is to verify if there is rhythmic transfer from Central Catalan (L1) to English spoken by Catalan native speakers (L2). We have used six speakers per linguistic variety analysed (Central Catalan, English spoken by Catalan native speakers and American English) and we have labelled the recordings with Praat. Rhythmic parameters (ΔC/%V, VnPVI/CrPVI, varcoΔC/%V and varcoΔV/%V) have been calculated by means of Correatore. Our data show that there is rhythmic transfer between Catalan and English L2.
