[ca] Davant de la gran varietat de productes disponibles per a la conservació-restauració de vidre, es qüestiona quin d’aquests presenta millors característiques i és més idoni per a l’adhesió, consolidació i reintegració del material. La resolució d’aquesta problemàtica es fa partint de quatre dels productes més emprats (el Paraloid® B-72, l’Araldite® 2020, l’Epo-Tek® 301-2 i el HTXAL-NYL) i de tres dels sol-gels més recents dissenyats específicament per a materials vitris (ORMOCER® G, SIOX-5 RE20C i Cloisil A18). De cadascun d’ells es valora la seva compatibilitat amb el vidre i es fa un recull d’altres característiques relacionades amb la seva preparació i aplicació. Finalment, els resultats de l’estudi i de l’experimentació es recullen en una taula comparativa. A partir d’aquesta s’arriba a la conclusió que el Paraloid® B-72 és, en general, el millor producte per a la restauració de vidre, tot i que davant de vidres especialment transparents l’Araldite® 2020 seria més idoni i per a la protecció i consolidació el SIOX-5 RE20C presenta millors resultats.
[eng] In front of the huge variety of products available for glass conservation and restoration, in this research it has been questioned which one of them has better characteristics and which one is more appropriate for adhesion, consolidation and volumetric reintegration. The problem resolution has been based on four of the most common products (Paraloid® B-72, Araldite® 2020, Epo-Tek® 301-2 and HTXAL-NYL) and three of the newest sol-gels designed specifically for glassy materials (ORMOCER® G, SIOX-5 RE20C and Cloisil A18). The glass compatibility with each product has been evaluated, as well as other features related to its preparation and application. Lastly, the results of the study have been shown in a comparative table format. Overall, the research suggests that Paraloid® B-72 is the best product for glass restoration. However, Araldite® 2020 is the most appropriate substance for adhesion and reintegration of especially transparent glasses and SIOX RE20C shows better results for protection and consolidation of glass.
