Abstract
[eng] The following pages aim to analyse the recent regulation of termination of the sales contract in Book VI of the Civil Code of Catalonia, in light of the European private law (directives and other projects of legislative harmonization) and some National Laws, in particular, the German, French and Spanish ones, because they represent three different ways by which termination may be effected. A critical analysis will highlight whether the Catalan legislature has opted for the most efficient solution.
