La FP DUAL intensiva en el CFGS de enseñanza y animación sociodeportiva: un posible modelo de éxito

[spa] La experiencia se ubica en el Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior de enseñanza y animación sociodeportiva (en Cataluña). Con la idea de dar respuesta a las competencias profesionales, persones y sociales que se proponen para estos estudios, se ofrece una formación dual en modalidad intensiva. La propuesta se dirige al alumnado que tenga entre sus intereses futuros la profesionalización dentro del sector de la animación turística. Partiendo de una búsqueda de empresas del sector y una selección cuidadosa del alumnado, se ofrece un modelo inédito para la familia de actividades físicas y deportivas y que ofrece unos beneficios integrales para el alumnado en la línea de un trabajo competencial y aplicado a la realidad. Asimismo, se equilibra este modelo intensivo, que traspasa los muros escolares, con el uso y ayuda de las nuevas tecnologías para el seguimiento-tutorización y transferencia de conocimientos-intereses. Los resultados muestran que este tipo de propuestas integrales son pertinentes para estos perfiles de alumnado.

[eng] This experience is located within the Higher Level Training Cycle about teaching and leadership in sports and social events (Catalonia). Having the aim to respond to the various competences involved: social, personal and professional, intensive project work in dual training is suggested as the appropriate modality. This approach is offered to those students whose future interests lead them to the professionalization in the tourist entertainment sector. Starting from the right and careful selection of students and companies, this model can be considered as an unprecedented system within the family of sport and physical activities. Offering a full range of benefits following a competence guideline and based on pragmatic reality. In addition to this, this intensive model is well-balanced with the use and help of the new technologies in order to monitor and guide beyond the school walls, as well as transfer knowledge and interests. The results show us that this type of integral proposals is relevant for our students’ profiles.
