Acompañar para prevenir. Análisis de la Intervención Docente en el Cambio de Etapa de Infantil a Primaria

[spa] Este Trabajo de Final de Grado es una investigación sobre la transición educativa entre Infantil y Primaria en contextos de vulnerabilidad social, centrándose especialmente en el papel fundamental de los docentes como agentes preventivos del fracaso escolar. El objetivo principal de la investigación es conocer las estrategias y las dinámicas utilizadas por los docentes para favorecer un cambio de etapa educativa seguro y positivo. El estudio se basa en un enfoque cualitativo, a través de entrevistas realizadas a docentes de la Escuela Drassanes de Barcelona, un centro educativo de máxima complejidad. A partir del análisis de las entrevistas y de la revisión teórica, se identifican estrategias clave para facilitar la transición educativa positiva, coordinada y que promueva la continuidad metodológica con un acompañamiento emocional. También se proponen medidas concretas, metodologías compartidas y dinámicas de adaptación y preparación a los cambios que conlleva la nueva etapa. El trabajo concluye que una transición positiva y guiada no solo facilita la adaptación escolar de manera exitosa, sino que actúa como herramienta preventiva ante el fracaso escolar ya que evita la desmotivación ante las nuevas situaciones. Asimismo, se reflexiona sobre las diferencias o similitudes entre las dos etapas y sobre la voluntad de los docentes de promover cierta continuidad educativa. Por último, se destaca la importancia de una necesaria formación específica del profesorado y del acompañamiento emocional de los alumnos en procesos tan complejos como la transición educativa de Infantil a Primaria.

[eng] This Final Degree Project is a research study on the educational transition from Early Childhood Education to Primary Education within socially and economically disadvantaged contexts. The study focuses on the crucial role that teachers play in this process as key agents in supporting students and preventing the risk of school disengagement and early school failure. The main goal is to understand which strategies and classroom practices can help make this transition smoother and more positive for students. The study follows a qualitative approach based on interviews with teachers from the Drassanes School in Barcelona, a school classified as highly complex, due to its social and economical context. Based on the analysis of interviews and the literature review, the study identifies a range of strategies that teachers can use to best support children both academically and emotionally during the transition. These include hands-on classroom practices, consistent teacher approaches between stages, and activities that help students feel more prepared and confident as they start their Primary school journey. The findings suggest that when the transition is thoughtfully supported, it not only helps children adapt more smoothly to Primary Education but also strengthens their motivation and engagement, acting as a preventive factor against early school failure. The study also explores how teachers work to bridge the differences between the two educational stages, ensuring a sense of continuity in students’ learning experiences. Lastly, it emphasizes the need for teacher training and the importance of providing emotional support to help children navigate this key moment of their student life.
