[spa] La afinidad entre la sensibilidad de nietzsche y la de de chirico ha sido muy comentada por los especialistas en la obra de este último. el objetivo de este artículo no es proceder a un inventario de las observaciones que en este sentido se han hecho, sino in- tentar esclarecer el problema que nos parece que todas ellas dejan sin resolver, y que es el siguiente: ¿por qué de chirico, usualmente considerado un pionero de los movimientos artísticos de vanguardia, se volvió a mediados de los años veinte del siglo pasado contra toda forma de modernidad en el arte?
[eng] The affinity between nietzsche's and de chirico's sensibility has been much discussed by specialists in the work of the latter. the aim of this article is not to draw up an inventory of the remarks made in this sense, but to try to clarify the problem that, as it seems to us, all of them leave unsolved: why de chririco, usually considered to be a pioneer of the Avant-Garde art movements, turned in the middle of the twenties of last century against any form of modernity in art.
