Abstract
El Derecho laboral en España define la empresa como el sujeto que recibe la prestación de servicios del trabajador y a cambio tiene una serie de obligaciones. Si el empresario es uno y está bien identificado, la protección del trabajador es total. Sin embargo, cuando las empresas tienen formas complejas es necesario regular mecanismos adicionales de protección.
