dc.description.abstract[en] The heat equation, developed during the XIX century, is one of the most important and well known partial derivative equations. In this final degree work you will find firstly the derivation of this formula, then a second part where you will find all the most relevant properties and results, and finally the treatment of the equation with numerical methods, which have a relevant role in the EDPs, since we will not always be able to find the solution of these, but we can find an approximation using the numerical methods.ca
