Abstract
[spa] La Agricultura Ecológica es un modo alternativo de entender la práctica agraria que cada vez gana más adeptos en los campos, cualquiera que sea la escala de análisis. En este artículo se pretende una recapitulación de las ideas más importantes que empapan la esencia de este movimiento agrosocial que es la Agricultura Ecológica y como puede participar a modo de herramienta en la consecución de un mayor grado de desarrollo rural sostenible.
[eng] Organic farming is an alternative way to understand the agrarian practice. This new kind of farming wins continuously more followers around the fields, independently of the analysis scale. This paper shows the most important ideas of this agrisocial movement called organic farming and how this could participate as a tool to reach a bigger grade of sustainable rural development.
