Resum
[eng] The essential role given to public space in the newly founded social movements and their political expressions are derived from an ideology that might be called citizenist which returns to the individual their role as the non-negotia-ble foundation of the mystic democraticness of the freely admitted obedience. The phil-osophical foundations that nourish this approach, in spite of its origins and radical ap-pearance, are still a rewrite of the pragmatic concept of pub-lic, as the collective political subject grounded on consen-sus and negotiation between responsible and self-conscious beings. A subject conceived at the beginning of the early twentieth century in the shad-ow of bourgeois fear of the masses in the streets.
