Abstract

[eng] SOMA focuses on the process rather than the end, on the movement of the observer’s intervention and on the range of perceptions and interpretations generated. As in the sensory wealth of synaesthesia, we embrace variability and change as the engine of interpretation of the surrounding world and of difference, a world structured around a sensory and corporal center. After all, the same variability as the Eastern philosophy reflected in the millennium treatise of the I Ching. The possibilities are infinite.

[ca] SOMA posa el focus en el procés més que en el final, en el moviment de la intervenció de l’observador i en el ventall de percepcions i interpretacions que es generen. De la mateixa manera que en la riquesa sensorial de la sinestèsia, abracem la variabilitat i el canvi com a motor d’interpretació del món que ens envolta i de la diferència, un món estructurat al voltant d’un centre sensorial i corpori. Al cap i a la fi, la mateixa variabilitat que la filosofia oriental reflectida en el tractat mil·lenari de l’I Ching. Les possibilitats són infinites.
