Abstract
patrimonio.

The aim of this proposal is to contribute to the inquiry of new languages that allow the stakeholders to fulfill their mission and objectives. The best way to meet these needs is through the design of a digital platform, since it facilitates the creation and uploading of multimedia content, enhancing the narrative and visibility of the institutions and offering a tailored experience to the needs and interests of users. Asty, the app developed through this project, proposes a new business model that takes advantage of the educational power of cities and the creativity of people to disseminate heritage.
