Aprendre a través de l'experiència: alimentació i Aprenentatge Servei com a motors de motivació i integració social

Abstract

[cat] Aquest Treball Final de Màster presenta una proposta d’innovació educativa que utilitza l’Aprenentatge Servei (ApS) per fomentar la cohesió social en entorns de secundària amb alta diversitat cultural. Contextualitzat en l’Institut Pompeu Fabra de Badalona, el projecte utilitza l’alimentació com a eix vertebrador a través de la situació d’aprenentatge "El misteri del peix local: com és que hi ha menys barques de pescadors a Badalona, però podem seguir menjant peix?", dirigida a alumnat de 3r d’ESO. L’objectiu és transformar l’alumnat en ciutadania activa capaç de respondre a necessitats reals de l’entorn, en aquest cas, la pèrdua del patrimoni pesquer local. Mitjançant el marc del Disseny Universal de l’Aprenentatge (DUA), la proposta garanteix la inclusió de l’alumnat nouvingut, convertint la seva identitat cultural en un actiu pedagògic. Així mateix, es fonamenta en l’ús de metodologies actives centrades en l’alumnat, que promouen la participació, la indagació, el treball col·laboratiu i la construcció significativa del coneixement. La metodologia utilitza el propòsit social del servei comunitari, vinculant-lo amb els continguts curriculars de Biologia i Geologia. La validació externa per part d’experts i expertes confirma i aprova la viabilitat i rigor del disseny, concloent que aquesta sinergia és una resposta coherent a la desafecció escolar, ja que dota de sentit pràctic l’aprenentatge i promou la responsabilitat ecosocial i el sentiment de pertinença al territori. [eng] This Final Master’s Degree Project presents a proposal for educational innovation that uses Service Learning (SL) to promote social cohesion in secondary school environments with high cultural diversity. Contextualized at Institut Pompeu Fabra in Badalona, the project uses food as the backbone through the learning situation "The mystery of the local fish: how come there are fewer fishing boats in Badalona, but we can continue to eat fish?", aimed at students in the 3rd year of compulsory secondary education (ESO). The aim is to transform students into active citizens capable of responding to the real needs of the environment, in this case, the loss of local fishing heritage. Through the framework of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the proposal guarantees the inclusion of newly-arrived students, turning their cultural identity into a pedagogical asset. It is also based on the use of student-centred active methodologies, which promote participation, inquiry, collaborative work and the meaningful construction of knowledge. The methodology uses the social purpose of community service, linking it with the curricular contents of Biology and Geology. External validation by experts confirms and approves the feasibility and rigour of the design, concluding that this synergy is a coherent response to school disaffection, as it gives practical meaning to learning and promotes eco-social responsibility and a sense of belonging to the territory.
