dc.description.abstract[en] The third Hilbert’s problem is related to the following question: given two polyhedra of the same volume, is it always possible to cut the first into finitely many polyhedral pieces which can be reassembled to yield the second? The aim of this project is to answer this question defining scissor’s congruence and study the most important results of the scissor’s congruence.ca
