Educar en temps de crisi ecosocial: l'educació social com a motor de transformació comunitària i global

[cat] La crisi ecosocial derivada del creixement econòmic il·limitat, la sobreexplotació dels recursos naturals i les desigualtats globals representa un dels reptes més urgents del nostre temps. Aquest model insostenible genera greus impactes ambientals i socials que qüestionen la viabilitat del sistema actual. Davant aquest context, el treball planteja com a objectiu general analitzar el paper de l’educació social en la construcció de societats més sostenibles, justes i resilients. Mitjançant una revisió de la literatura sobre decreixement, justícia ambiental i educació per a la transformació ecosocial, i sota les pautes d’un paradigma d’investigació interpretatiu i crític, s’han realitzat tres entrevistes semi-estructurades a professionals vinculats a l’àmbit: una educadora social experta en justícia global, una ambientòloga i un economista ecologista social. Alguns dels resultats de la investigació han evidenciat la necessitat de desenvolupar noves competències ecosocials en l’educació social, d’integrar la perspectiva ecosocial en els projectes educatius, i de promoure estratègies col·lectives de resistència i resiliència comunitària.
[eng] The ecosocial crisis caused by unlimited economic growth, overexploitation of natural resources, and global inequalities is one of the most pressing challenges of our time. This unsustainable model leads to severe environmental and social impacts that question the viability of the current system. In this context, the general aim of the project is to analyze the role of social education in building more sustainable, fair, and resilient societies. Through a literature review on degrowth, environmental justice, and education for ecosocial transformation—and following an interpretive and critical research paradigm—three semi-structured interviews were conducted with professionals in the field: a social educator specialized in global justice, an environmental scientist, and a social ecological economist. The findings highlight the need to develop new ecosocial competencies in social education, to integrate an ecosocial perspective in educational projects, and to promote collective strategies for resistance and community resilience.
