[cat] La reciente reforma laboral (contenida principalmente en la Ley 3/2012, de 6 de julio, sin poder olvidar, en cuanto a su aplicación, la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, de regulación de La Jurisdicción Social) de larga elaboración por parte de los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo (se inicia por motivos de urgencia mediante Reales Decretos Ley y se culmina con un proceso ante las cámaras legislativas), está empezando a producir sus efectos y a aplicarse por parte de los tribunales de justicia del Orden Social de la Jurisdicción. Éstas que ahora se analizan son las primeras sentencias que originan las primeras orientaciones sobre la materia en el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cataluña.

We analyze the first judicial resolutions, about this matter (Top Labor Court of Justice of Catalonia) to try to know its first orientations.
