Libro de páginas: hojeando una biblioteca

Abstract

[spa] Libro de páginas junta en un solo objeto, características formales, estéticas, conceptuales y narrativas de diferentes libros. Se presenta como un trabajo de investigación sobre libros, entre libros y con libros. La narrativa resultante se logra a partir de páginas de diferentes libros de mi biblioteca, con la intención de guiar al lector, observador, no solo físicamente, sino también mentalmente, a través de libros, lectura y escritura. Todo el volumen está conformado por páginas de otros libros, que no han sido alteradas de ninguna manera, páginas seleccionadas, descontextualizadas, re-organizadas y finalmente devueltas, formando parte de una narración inédita, a un nuevo libro.

[eng] Libro de páginas (Book of pages) reunites in one object formal, conceptual and esthetic characteristics of different books. It presents itself as an investigation about books, between books, with books. the resulting narrative is made through different pages of books of my library, with the intention of guiding the reader, observer, not only physically, but mentally, across books, reading and writing. The whole publication is built by pages from other books, that have not been intervened in any way, pages selected, decontextualized, reorganized and finally brought back, forming a new narrative, to a new book.
