Primera aproximació interpretativa de l’àmbit A7 de la residència fortificada de la primera edat del ferro de Sant Jaume (Alcanar, Montsià)

Abstract

[cat] Amb el present treball es té la voluntat de proposar una primera aproximació interpretativa sobre la funcionalitat de l’àmbit 7 com un petit espai sacre dins de la residència fortificada de Sant Jaume (Alcanar, Montsià). La proposta s’ha basat en l’anàlisi de la informació recollida en les excavacions de l’àmbit, sobretot a partir de les ceràmiques a mà documentades al nivell de circulació, i de la profunda recerca bibliografia d’espais sacres fenicis i indígenes. Els resultats de l’estudi han proporcionat informació que han ajudat adquirir una millor comprensió tant de la residència com del sistema jeràrquic del Complex Sant Jaume.

[eng] The current essay is seeking to suggest a first interpretative approximation about the usefulness of room 7 as a little sacred space inside the fortified residence of Sant Jaume (Alcanar, Montsià). The suggestion is based on the analysis of the information gathered on the excavations of the room specially based on the handmade pottery recorded on the circulation level, and the exhaustive bibliographic research of Phoenician and native sacred spaces. The study results gave helpful information to gain a better comprehension of the residence and about the hierarchy system of the Sant Jaume Complex.
