[spa] En este estudio se analiza el discurso de una acusada en un juicio oral; en concreto, el discurso de Ana Julia Quezada, culpable de asesinato de Gabriel Cruz, un niño de ocho años de edad. Teniendo en cuenta que se sabe que mintió durante dicho juicio, se han analizado los mecanismos de engaño desde el punto de vista lingüístico y desde la perspectiva de la Lingüística Forense. Para lograrlo, se han recogido los diferentes mecanismos propuestos por la bibliografía especializada y se han detectado en el discurso analizado. A partir de este análisis, se puede afirmar que la mayoría de las variables recogidas son útiles para localizar los mecanismos lingüísticos de engaño utilizados y corroborar las aportaciones de los estudiosos. Además, se ha valorado el potencial discriminante de las variables existentes y se han propuesto nuevas teniendo en cuenta el discurso de la investigada.
[eng] This study analyzes the speech of a defendant in an oral trial; specifically, the speech of Ana Julia Quezada, guilty of the murder of Gabriel Cruz, an eight-year-old boy. Taking into account that it is known that she lied during her trial, the mechanisms of deception have been analyzed from a linguistic point of view and from the perspective of Forensic Linguistics. To achieve this, the different mechanisms proposed by the specialized bibliography have been collected and have been detected in the analyzed discourse. From this analysis, it can be affirmed that most of the variables collected are useful to identify the linguistic mechanisms of deception used and corroborate the contributions of the scholars. In addition, the discriminant potential of the existing variables has been evaluated and new ones have been proposed taking into account the discourse of the woman under investigation.
